Specification

Inspired by natural stone.

Light is placed behind the surface, not on it. As it passes through the body, the veining deepens and the whole form takes on the even glow of backlit stone.

Two independent systemsAmbient LEDs in a surrounding light cavity, with reflective and diffusing surfaces, are designed to light the curved walls evenly. Separate LEDs illuminate the mist.
Rim
Brushed bronze ringA refined metal ring framing the recessed dark centre.
Mist guide
Shaped, tool-free coverA dark cover within the opening is designed to concentrate the mist into a plume. It lifts out without tools for cleaning.
Care
Designed for easy cleaningA wide, smooth reservoir, an accessible ultrasonic disc and minimal crevices where residue can collect.
Power
Rechargeable, cordlessPlanned USB-C charging. No permanently visible cable during use.
Electronics
Moisture-protectedBattery, LEDs and electronics are housed separately from the water path.

ORUELLE is not made from genuine solid alabaster. All specifications are preliminary design objectives. The final design, dimensions, mist and flame effect, lighting quality, cleaning access (a fixed wide-access reservoir or a removable wet module), battery runtime and certifications require physical prototype validation.
